When you forward data into MoEngage from a Customer Data Platform (CDP) partner such as Segment, Adobe Real-Time CDP, or mParticle, inbound ingestion is subject to the rate limits and payload caps below.

Ingestion Limits

These limits apply to inbound feeds from integrated CDP partners. Requests that exceed these limits may be throttled or rejected by MoEngage.
If your ingestion volume regularly approaches these limits, contact your MoEngage Customer Success Manager (CSM) to discuss your requirements.
